Affiliate links or Affiliate Marketing can make you earn tons of money if you know the secrets on how to do it right.
I am about to give you the basic steps on how you can start Affiliate marketing.

Step #1.- Online presence. A fundamental step is to have presence in the online world, you can create a website, blog, YouTube channel, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Any platform that can help you direct traffic to your promoted products, you don’t need to create all of them at once, you can also start with your personal Facebook and start building an audience.
Step #2.- Choose a Niche. One of the most important tips to succeed in Affiliate Marketing, is to Choose a Niche, this will help you target your audience and increase the chances of selling your promoted products.
Step #3.- Sing Up for and Affiliate program. Choose your Affiliate program or network, it is very easy to sign up and start earning money there are many networks that offer Affiliate programs, simply Google “Best affiliate programs” and you will find recommendations, you can also read my previous post (Become and affiliate marketer great passive income) to discover my top 3 recommended Affiliate programs.
Step #4.- Once you signed up with an Affiliate Network, research products in your Niche, the Affiliate Network will give you access to hundreds of thousands of products, you simple need to choose what you want to promote and the Network will give you and Affiliate Link, once you have your link your only job is to promote the product/s, the Affiliate Network will pay you a percentage every time someone makes a purchase from your link.
Step #5.- Start promoting. Here is where your social media comes in handy, the more followers you have the more chances of people buying products from you, and also here is where a Niche plays a big role, for example if you have a YouTube channel or Blog of computers and electronics, you can make reviews or promote products related to computers and electronics to your audience, the chances of purchasing from your links are much higher because they are into computers and electronics, just don’t promote computer products in a Facebook fan page where they only talk about cats please don’t.
Step #6.- Collect revenue from your Affiliate Links. The Affiliate Network will pay your commission at the end of the month, jut don’t expect to become millionaire in the first week or two, Affiliate Links take a bit of time specially if you don’t have a big audience, once you learn how to promote your Affiliate Links you will earn your first $1K at month and it will keep growing.
And lastly one of the secrets to be successful is to be proactive, promote your Affiliate links create content talking about your specific products, make noise to catch everyone’s attention, just make sure to read and understand your affiliate network policies so you don’t break any rules.
